This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through MagnetCreationsByInk.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
However, other reputable carriers may be used when necessary to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of your order

  • Your shipping address

  • Selected carrier and service level

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees

  • Any carrier return charges

  • All recoverable cost / expenses incurred

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing apartment numbers, misspellings, or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver it.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Please contact the carrier first and open a case.

  2. Then notify us at magnetcreationsbyink@yahoo.com
