Returns, Exchanges & Remakes Policy

At Magnet Creations by Ink, every magnet is custom made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right.

3-Day Damaged / Incorrect Item Policy

You have 3 days from the delivery date (as shown by the shipping carrier’s tracking) to report any of the following issues:

  • Damaged magnets

  • Defective magnets

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a remake or exchange:

  1. Email us at magnetcreationsbyink@yahoo.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged/defective area

    • The full magnet(s)

    • The packaging (especially if it arrived visibly damaged)

    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:

    • Remake the magnet(s) and ship a replacement, or

    • Exchange it for the same item (same design and style), if applicable.

    • ➡️ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your magnet is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue in line with our 3-day damaged/incorrect item policy and make it right with a remake or exchange when approved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom made, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized magnets (names, dates, photos, custom wording, etc.)

  • Made-to-order magnets and products

  • Sale or clearance items

We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a remake or exchange due to damage, please email us and we’ll be happy to help clarify.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

If your order is approved for a remedy under this policy, we will provide a remake or exchange only—not a refund to your original payment method.
